We have an Excellent career opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join a leading Company.

This is a Traveling position 90% of the time. Car allowance will be provided for the Ideal candidates living in a Northeast state ( NY, NJ, MA, PA, NH, CT, CA, etc). Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities:
• Provide regular service on isolators located at customer sites in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico
• Provide preventative maintenance and calibration services at the customer location
• Experience with PLC's RS Logix- Allen Bradley and Siemens
• Perform requalification services on isolators to include airflow analysis, HEPA filtration scanning, etc
• Execution of GMP-compliant documentation
• Ability to create detailed service reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when working on customer sites
• Interacting and conversing with both external customers and internal Sales, Service, and technical support personnel
• Travel 90% (including overnight and occasional weekend/holiday travel)
• Managing time and workload to ensure that jobs are completed within expected timelines, including scheduling own travel, submitting expenses, booking hours, and coordinating with other parties in preparation for starting work at the customer site
• Submitting punch and findings lists at the conclusion of each job
• Promote company service contracts, maintenance, and consumable products
• Identifying necessary spare parts and advising customers on how to order them
• Identify corrective actions for out-of-parameter results detected on the service job/maintenance
• Working with the manager to handle customer requests outside of the scope
• Intermediate Troubleshooting
• Analysis and evaluation of process and plant data for diagnosis purposes
• Execution of immediate actions on-site during a troubleshooting
• Execution of changes and improvements according to change request
• Participation in a 24/7 Emergency hotline program
• Receiving and performing on-the-job, site-specific technical training
• Mentoring new Field Service Representatives
• Ability to perform solo requalification on ARIS, PSI-M, and SPECTRA Isolators
• Ability to understand and interpret functional matrix, alarm matrix, and electrical diagrams

Basic Hiring Criteria:
• Associate degree or certificate, preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of Field experience with requalification preferred

Desired Qualifications:
• Technical Training, Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic experience preferred
• Prior experience in cGMP or other heavily regulated industries preferred
• Higher technical education
• Customer-oriented
• High energy and self-motivation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to Travel through the United States 90%
