We have an Excellent Contract position for a Facility HVAC Technician to join a leading Company in Culpeper, VA.

The pay rate range $25 to $28 per hour.
**US Citizenship is required.**

Responsibilities:
The Facility Technician (HVAC) will work under general supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics, and locally generated instructions.
Must be familiar with OSHA and NEC standards
Will be required to follow work procedures, work on facilities and production equipment, as well as perform general maintenance
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Associate degree in appropriate discipline plus two (2) years of directly related industrial electrician experience, but candidates who have not completed a related associate degree must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus at least six (6) years directly related industrial electrician experience
Strong electrical experience/training in repairs in an industrial setting required
Desired Qualifications:
Journeyman electrician license is strongly desired
Training from a trade school is a plus
