Summary:
Support engineers and technical/non-technical staff with tasks related to the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP).
Develop, gather, and document basic technical data for company products.
Process technical information received from operators, maintainers, and other external sources.
Capture and maintain critical information across multiple databases and internal servers with accuracy.
Organize data, prepare agendas, and facilitate meetings involving technical information exchange.
Create and distribute weekly reports on a set schedule.
Communicate critical information to internal and external customers in accordance with defined requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or higher.
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
1+ years of experience using tools such as Microsoft Access for data entry, data organization, and generating reports to support engineering/business analysis.
1+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments.
