Summary:
Assemble, install, and adjust aircraft structures and system components, ensuring high-quality and defect-free installations.
Involves precision work with a variety of tools, compliance with safety standards, and support for continuous improvement.
Install and rig aircraft parts, components, control systems, and lines.
Ensure installations meet quality and safety specifications.
Perform rework and repairs as needed, maintaining a leak-free system.
Update logs and records, including MIR sheets, DMTs, and PCOs.
Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing practices.
Participate in aircraft certification and testing, including potential flight tests.
This is a physical, on-site role that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a team-oriented mindset.

Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of aerospace/aviation or equivalent mechanical experience (e.g., auto mechanics, heavy equipment).
A&P license may substitute for the experience requirement.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, and specifications.
Skilled in using tools such as permaswage pumps, cutting tools, and gauges.
Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in confined spaces.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Solumina and Smarteam.
Experience with basic drilling, reaming, and fitting of structural parts.
