Technical Expert in Polymer Matrix Composites - China.

Our Aerospace Client in Shanghai require a Technical Expert in Polymer Matrix Composites. Candidates must be willing to live and work in China on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

Establish the development strategy for technical progress in polymer matrix composites.
Be in charge of the research subject of polymer matrix composites for aero engines and organize the resources.
Act as a Consultant regarding any technical problems within engineering design.
Responsible for personal development of technical staff in the team.
Accomplish other assigned technical issues within the department.

Requirements:

15+ years working experience in related technical field of polymer matrix composites, especially in aero-engine or aircraft, with the experience of airworthiness standards or certifying preferred.
Familiar with the research, development and application process of polymer matrix composites, with enough knowledge of aero-engines or aircraft application.
Experienced in taking charge of the major research projects preferred.
Masters degree or above.
