Position Responsibilities
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
NWP Networks Procurement System experience. (preferred)
Effectively manages priorities for a high volume of stand-alone repair orders.
Ability to work with internal and external customers to formalize procurement requirements.
Prepares and executes contractual documents and binding agreements in accordance with Government regulatory requirements and Boeing procedures.
Formulates strategy and leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Manages supplier performance, interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions.
Communicates across functions, programs, and suppliers to effectively manage risks, issues and opportunities.
Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
Solicits, reviews, analyzes, negotiates, issues and manages FAR 12 and FAR 15 type, non-competitive Strategic Contract procurements.
Possesses complete understanding, ability, and knowledge to act independently when working routine problems or situations. Possesses complete knowledge of government, company and local policies, procedures and regulations.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree is required. Please do not submit candidates without a college degree.
