What You’ll Do:

Support a variety of financial and budgetary management/administration functions including, but not limited to, coordination of internal and external meetings and capture the results, task and subsequent actions associated with budget and program support.
Research and collect financial information and data for the definition and preparation of initial and recurring requirements.
Monitor and track prior year and current year execution across multiple appropriations to include Operations & Maintenance, Research Development Testing and Execution (RDTE) and Procurement funding.
Coordinate with command, staff and directorates to track budget year funding, OSD and HQ adjustments, Program Decision Memorandum (PDM), taxes and internal adjustments.
Track prior and current year execution when discrepancies exist.
Attend briefing, conferences and other meetings to coordinate efforts concerning budget year actions, execution metrics and spend plans.
Track OSD and HQ budget year adjustments and impacts.
Facilitate timely delivery of Directorates task deliverables.
Assist with database inputs and overall requirements and all duties relates to financial and performance; planning in developing the Program Objective Memorandum and Budget Estimate Submission, to include developing change/budget proposals, corresponding issue nominations and detailed budget justification material.
Prepare and participate in Mid-Year reviews and other PBE meeting as required.
Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks ad resources simultaneously.
Organize and prioritize work and act independently with little to no supervision.

What You’ll Need:

Proficient in Microsoft excel with the ability to develop pivot tables and data analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior military
Worked in a joint military environment

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree combined with 6 + years of relevant work experience or Master’s Degree combined with 4 + years of relevant work experience.
