What You’ll Do:

Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
Evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
Perform analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
Support the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
Use a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Demonstrate an interest in personal learning and development.
Seek feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past mistakes.
Take steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform.
Make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions
Work with the project teams to ensure process rigor on Air Vehicle projects as well as Mission Systems projects.

What You’ll Need:

Ability to Obtain Security Clearance
Must have the ability to be granted special program access, which requires US Citizenship.
Must be willing to meet work assignment/travel requirements.
Desired Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Good understanding of Air Vehicle and Mission Systems
A basic understanding of Aircraft Reliability and Maintainability concepts and tools

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry combined with 2 + Years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
