What You’ll Do:

Conduct research on simple technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer.
Analyze information to evaluate reported discrepancies.
Provide assistance to system owner in researching event to determine safety implications, preparing analysis, recommendations and presentations to various safety processes, boards and forums.
Prepare routine communications and presentation material for dissemination to internal and external customers on specific components/limited systems.
Research and develop engineering updates of less-complex technical in-service issues.
Work under general supervision.

Provide assistance to system owner in researching events to determine safety implications;
Prepare routine communications and presentation materials for internal and external customers;

Work under general supervision.

What You’ll Need:

2+ years of experience in conducting research on technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer;
2+ years of experience with technical issues and/or Service Literature
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience reading and interpreting technical data
Experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data for the development support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc., supporting product lifecycle
Experience and proficiency with MATRIX

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry combined with 2 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
