3 years of experience as an Agile Practitioner ie. Scrum Master, Product Owner.
Degree Requirements / Education: B.S. Degree From Accredited University.
Basic Job Description: Agile Scrum Master.
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree from accredited university
Minimum 3 years of experience as an agile practitioner (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)
Experience using Jira, preferred
Strong prioritization skills; ability to focus on what drives the most value
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Scrum Master Certification
Scaled Agile Certification, preferred
Desired Skills:
Experience implementing agile in environments that include embedded software or in hardware
Knowledge of product development processes (e.g. Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Test, or Software Engineering Life Cycle)
Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices

Key Job Responsibilities:
Teach, Coach, and Mentors team on Agile values and principles and models Agile practices and behaviors that the team agrees to use
Coach the team on the use of agile practices and tools and the execution of agile ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum meetings, etc.), keeping the team focused on the iterative and incremental delivery of value
Understand the team roles and responsibilities and coach the team on how workflows through the system
Guides team in the transition to Agile development
Assists in backlog development and the team's refinement of the backlog
Guides the use of Agile metrics for value delivery and transparency
Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Delivery Team as well as possible
Conducts problem solving workshops and addresses team dynamics
Remove impediments
Protects team from outside interruptions and distractions from stakeholders
Knowledgeable of new/emerging practices and coaching techniques
Coach the team on how to define user stories (delivery teams deliver user stories)
Guide the team in the capture
