What You’ll Do:

Update of computer system Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates, and certificate authority (CA) chains
Maintain hardware, software, and related components of project PKI environment.
IT Infrastructure improvements and maintenance in a process-oriented organization.
Perform infrastructure requirements analysis, participates in research, designs, develops, and tests software and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancing existing applications, systems, or embedded products.
Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to the development of complex architectures.
Leverage scaled agile ceremonies, practices, and organization to plan, communicate, develop, and deliver Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions.
Research and analyze data, such as customer design proposals, market trends, state of technology and industry, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or
Commercial Software application configuration, integration into large DoD system
Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Frequently works with organizations outside engineering or with external customers
Build stable working relationships
Communicate objectively to discuss, defend, and reach consensus on design decisions.
Perform other duties as required

What You’ll Need:

Secret Clearance
IT Infrastructure Development
Ability to follow written instructions
Familiarity with PKI certificates
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient written and verbal communications skills
Skilled in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions
Capable of working on problems of diverse scope requiring extensive analysis of data and evaluation of a multitude of factors
Proficient ability to use the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle to support the generation of technical engineering products
Agile Experience Preferred
Desirable Sills:
Familiar with software test and automation and DevOps
Familiarity with PKI certificate management
Two-Factor Authentication
Identity Access Management
Active Directory
Active Directory Authentication and Authorization for RedHat Linux systems and users
Microsoft Server Administration
Shows initiative on assignments, and professionally executes projects with very little direction, or can provide direction and leadership to technical teams
Exercises independent judgment and sometimes defines new procedures and practices to improve team and company performance
Proficient ability to be a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success, meeting and exceeding personal and team commitments

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field is required combined with 5 + years of relevant work experience; or Master’s Degree combined with 3 + years of relevant work experience.
