Inspector

Description:
An INSPECTOR job in SAN DIEGO, CA is currently available through Belcan. In this role you will be responsible for Aircraft Engine inspection, Paperwork completion, and Blueprint conformance. To be considered for this role you will have +2 years of Quality experience, an A&P License and a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares reports of inspection results from comparison to engine specifications.
- Visually check entire parts, Dimensionally check parts against blueprint requirements, using tools and gauges.
- Check incoming parts and paperwork, Fill out FAA required tags for repaired parts.
- Identifying required information on parts which are repaired.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
- Fill out FAA required tags for repaired parts.

Job Requirements:
- +2 years of Quality Experience for Aerospace/Aviation/Medical
- Must have High School education or the equivalent
- Must have Airframes and Powerplant (A&P) License.
- Must be able to read and interpret complex blueprints.
- Flexible to work any shift or hours required to meet customer commitments.
- Must be able to use shop mathematics, including decimals and trigonometry and be able to use machine shop charts and tables
