Seeking a savvy business analyst to join the Systems and Tools Team supporting the Research and Development organization. We have an opening for you to help us maintain the current systems and assist in transitioning into SAP S/4 Hana later this year. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving through data analysis, finding more efficient ways to improve processes and has customer first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities. Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems. Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.

Experience with MRP and finance systems
IT Systems (SAP)
Data Analytics
Process Improvements (Six Sigma)
Collaborating across organizations
IT Systems Support
Metrics and KPI's
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by Security. Suppliers, refer to your Supplier Guide for information on this requirement.
Contract through end of the year - Potential for Extensions
Onsite work required as needed and for first few weeks of training, but after training, majority of work will be performed remotely.
Candidates must be in a commutable distance from one of the following locations: Saint Louis, MO, Mesa AZ, or North Charleston, SC.
