Key Objectives:
Experience in GIS Application development Experience with map rasterization and georeferencing Developing efficient code for visualization of the GIS data and environmental data Working with the Product Design team to flow down requirements and provide full traceability Collaborate with the Database team to define data formats and APIs for efficient access to the map data Test and integrate the HMI application on the target embedded platform Comprehensive testing strategy and generate evidence of full test coverage
Position Requirements:
5+ years experience in graphics rendering and development. Experience in developing navigational maps. Experience with OpenGL. Excellent C/C++ programming skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a flexible, fast paced, and challenging technical environment
Nice-to-haves:
Demonstrated aeronautical knowledge: an understanding of aeronautical navigation, procedures, data, and charts Understanding of agile environment software implementation
