TTechnical Expert in aircraft hybrid electric motor systems - China

Our Aerospace Client in Shanghai require a Technical Expert in aircraft hybrid electric motor systems Candidates must be willing to live and work in China.

Responsibilities:

Formulate the development plan of electric motor systems for aviation hybrid electric propulsion, be responsible for establishing the design system of hybrid electric drive system.
Undertake research projects related to electric propulsion systems for aviation hybrid electric propulsion, organize scientific research resources and technological forces, and carry out technological transformation using the results.
Undertake the test, planning and construction of electric / hybrid Propulsion system and its components for aviation hybrid electric propulsion.
Provide technical advice for any technical problems existing in the project development.
Responsible for the technicians training for aviation hybrid electric propulsion topic.
Complete other technical work assigned by the company.

Requirements:

15+ years working experience in related technical field of high power electric machinery, system for aviation, with the experience in hybrid electric drive system development being preferred.
Have a deep knowledge reserve in aircraft engines and aircarft electrical machinery, familiar with the design process and the analysis methods related to electric machinery and systems for aviation hybrid electric propulsion.
Experienced in taking charge of the major research projects, preferred.
Masters degree or above.
