JOB TITLE: Electrical Solder Assembler 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Clearwater, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $25/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Summary:
Assemble electrical components/systems per schematics and blueprints
Perform precision soldering tasks to connect components (IPC 610/J-STD certified preferred)
Use power tools, hand tools, ohmmeters, and calipers to fabricate and test parts
Troubleshoot and adjust assembly issues as needed
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Must have experience using soldering equipment.
IPC 610/JSTD experience
Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical assembly
Proficient in schematic and blueprint reading
Hands-on experience with soldering tools, ohmmeters, calipers, and SMT (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency required
Must be able to read/write English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
