Integrated Product Team Lead

Description:
Johnson Service Group is looking for an Integrated Product Team Lead in Simsbury, CT.

Responsibilities
Leading the product team through the electronics development process in support of overall program milestones, deliverables, and objectives
Coordination of the design, development, and qualification activities needed to achieve hardware and non-recurring deliverables
Creation and regular maintenance of detailed (Level 4) project schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical is preferred)
Electronics engineering education or product development experience preferred
Aerospace and Defense product development experience preferred
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of project management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with product development and/or complex production operations is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification not required but desirable.
