LOCATION: Appleton, WI
PAY RATE: $120.08 per hour

Summary:
Leads major engineering programs or conducts research to support the development and production of products and services.
Resolves complex engineering issues using advanced methods.
Serves as a recognized authority, consulted by peers.
Anticipates and creatively solves complex problems, setting standards for engineering.
Balances technical, cost, and schedule considerations.
Works independently with minimal direction; reviews are focused on long-term results.
Makes authoritative decisions on technical matters.
Stays updated on industry developments to recommend innovations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires 10 years in a specific technical discipline or 15 years of broad engineering experience.
Advanced degrees may count for up to 2 years (Master's) or 4 years (PhD) of experience.
Technical skills for the role are determined by each discipline.
