The position pays $23.00 an hour. The position is for 2nd shift which is 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm Monday – Friday. Work week is 40 hours a week. This position qualifies for a $3,000 retention bonus with in your first 90 days.

 Role Summary:

As an Assembler Precision Elec at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic systems. Your expertise will help us deliver cutting-edge solutions and services that set new standards of excellence. Responsibilities:

·       Support various manufacturing processes requiring soldering, wiring and mechanical assembly experience.

·       Candidates must be capable of using hand tools as required to assemble product according to product specifications.

·       Able to perform repairs on products that fail tests or quality inspections.

·       Completion of Honeywell Solder certification training is required.

·       Requires 3 years of Assembler experience with Micro Soldering preference.

·       Lifting is generally in the 10 to 15 Lbs. range with minimal repetitions.

Basic Qualifications:

·       Due to government regulations, must be a US Citizen

·       3 years of Assembler experience

·       3 years of Soldering experience with preference for Micro Soldering
