PDS TECH Commercial is looking for a Project Turbomachinery Engineer for our Aerospace client in Torrance, CA.

Role Summary:
As a Project Engineer you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the turbomachinery engineering strategy across our organization. Your contributions will directly influence our success and help our client achieve our ambitious goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects from concept to completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Provide technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles.

• Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

 
Qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• System, design, or mechanical level experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 
Preferred:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.

 Pay Rate $69 per hour

Hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote for work-life balance.
