At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for a detail-driven Product Acceptance Specialist to support our Quality Assurance team. This role is essential in ensuring customer orders meet rigorous aerospace standards and regulatory compliance—helping us deliver on our promise of precision, safety, and reliability.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform complete part inspections on customer orders
Verify FAA approval type and part application
Complete 8130-3 and non-regulatory documentation (ATA 106)
Accurately route and verify work according to weight and regulatory requirements
Ensure orders are timely and accurate to meet customer satisfaction
Enter and maintain records in SAP, including scanning material in/out of QA
Review and verify documentation, certs, reports, and parts
Perform additional QA tasks as assigned by leadership
What You Bring to the Role:
Required:
1–2 years of SAP experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory protocols
Preferred:
Previous quality acceptance experience in a mechanical, technical, or warehouse setting

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
