Position Overview
Are you passionate about aviation and eager to grow your skills in a dynamic team environment? As an Operations Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience and learn key manufacturing processes involved in aircraft production. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude who want to take the first step in their career.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Entry-level position.
Enrollment in a Technical Aviation program is a plus!

Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly of parts and basic riveting/drilling using pneumatic tools.
Ensure work meets quality standards as directed by your team.
Learn to read work orders, blueprints, and spec sheets.
Assist in assembling parts with holding fixtures, clamps, and fasteners.
Observe and assist senior team members while growing in the role.
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
Able to perform shop math, follow instructions, and maintain safety practices.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to work any shift as required.
Pay Details: $19.29 per hour
