Job Title: CSR Materials Administrator Job Type: Full time; Consultant ( 6 months) Location: Lenexa, KS 66219 Schedule: Monday to Friday; 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or AA/AS degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without a diploma.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and track incoming goods and returns in ERP systems.
Address discrepancies and coordinate with customers on returns and repairs.
Maintain delivery records and manage RAI activities.
Provide daily reports on key metrics and work with order administration to resolve issues.
Perform general housekeeping and file paperwork accurately.
Ensure a safe work environment and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; PowerPoint and Teams experience is a plus.
Good communication skills and prior experience in materials or customer service.
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
