• Location: 100% Onsite, Berkeley, MO

• Job Type: Contract role (12 months)

• Salary: $58.00 - $64.00 per hour

• Schedule:  Monday to Friday; First Shift 8AM-5PM

• Secret Clearance required post start

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment as a manufacturing or process engineer.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating work instructions (both text-based and graphic) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manufacturing environments and a proactive mindset to drive production excellence. This role involves developing and implementing production and tooling methodologies, participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and ensuring the production readiness of complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.

• Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build.

• Lead and implement comprehensive manufacturing plans.

• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing processes meet required capabilities.

• Provide producibility information for inclusion in project plans and document best practices.

• Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate and improve producible design/build definitions.

• Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule.

• Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, advanced technologies, and innovative concepts.

• Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions for complex problems.

• Implement lean principles and technologies to streamline production processes.

• Utilize manufacturing customer feedback and data-driven analytics to proactively solve problems.
