Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build.
Lead and implement comprehensive manufacturing plans.
Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing processes meet required capabilities.
Provide producibility information for inclusion in project plans and document best practices.
Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate and improve producible design/build definitions.
Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, advanced technologies, and innovative concepts.
Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions for complex problems.
Implement lean principles and technologies to streamline production processes.
Utilize manufacturing customer feedback and data-driven analytics to proactively solve problems.
