Perform verification and inspection of flight component installation and operational testing of aircraft systems.
Inspect and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults, documenting any faulty components.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, including maintenance and modification reviews, before product delivery.
Support the documentation of issues identified during testing and operation of products.
Ensure work accuracy, conduct self-inspections, and support pre-delivery and aircraft maintenance inspections.
Participate in setting assignment details to meet various objectives, with scheduling and activity planning support from the lead.
Inspect and document non-conformance records independently.
Ability to climb vertical work ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift approximately 35 lbs.
Exposure to elevated noise levels and work on elevated platforms.
Requirement to use personal protective equipment (face, eyes, ears, hands, arms).
Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception tests.
Follow handling and disposal protocols for hazardous materials.
Obtain and maintain required training certifications.
Engage in occasional finger manipulation, frequent overhead reaching, walking, and standing.
Possible use of 3-12 ft ladders or elevated stands, and rotation of head/neck, crawling, squatting, bending, and occasional contact with metals.
