Stress Engineer

Description:
Minimum 10 years in stress analysis of metallic primary aircraft structure.
Must have experience in fatigue analysis on aircraft primary structure.
Some experience supporting MRB efforts in developing and substantiating aircraft structural repairs is preferred.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with analysis on composite aircraft structures.
CATIA V5 knowledge is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree required equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

5 years in specific technical discipline or 10 years broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors. Experience credit considered for related advanced degrees limited to 2 years for Masters, 4 years for PhD in fields applicable to this job.

Other Requirements
Advanced degree in engineering related field preferred
The level of technical skill and abilities appropriate for this grade will be established by each discipline
