Project Analysis

Description:
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Project Analysis to join a leading Company located in the Huntsville, AL surrounding area.

** US Citizenship is required.**

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring requirements and milestones are being met, including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.
Duties may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for a defined portion of a program.
May contribute to establishing and defining program plan requirements, delivery timeline, and key performance indicators, including monitoring and reporting performance, to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with a major impact on the area of responsibility.
Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple professional areas.
Typically responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelors in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain (or a related field). A minimum of 2 or more years of applicable experience will also satisfy the BS degree requirement.
Analytical ability to quickly learn systems and troubleshoot reported issues.
Strong customer service background supporting system users and leading training sessions for user population.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with end users listen to their issues and collaborate during troubleshooting.
The preferred candidate has experience with Costpoint (ERP) or other related systems relative to implementation.
The preferred candidate has experience managing or serving as a critical team member for system tool or web application projects.
