5 Electrical Integration Engineers Needed - Electrical Wiring - HYBRID ROLE

Description:
Hybrid - MUST be onsite 4 days a week in Tustin, CA.

***5 Electrical Integration / Electrical Wiring Engineers Needed***

o 2 3D focused (CATIA, 3DX) – could be an ME or an EE
o 3 2D focused

*** MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN ***

*** MUST HAVE AEROSPACE EXPERIENCE ***

Responsibilities:

Maintain vehicle electrical configuration in the electrical library using Catia 3DX
Develop and Maintain Electrical Schematics and Wire Diagrams
Wire size selection for current carrying capacity and voltage drop
Component selection: connectors, terminal blocks, junction modules
Develop process specifications and engineering standards
Develop trade studies and design reviews to present to program leadership

Baseline requirements (all candidates):

B.S. Aerospace/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of experience
Understanding of electrical database/library management
Understanding of electrical schematics and electrical load analysis
Understanding of circuit protection devices
Understanding of aircraft-type wiring and components such as connectors, backshells, conduits, relays, switches, terminal junctions, etc.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with Catia V5 and Catia 3DX
Understanding of wire harness manufacturing process
Design experience and shop floor experience
Experience with Microsoft Visio
Experience with flight test instrumentation sensors
