AVD Vascular - Westford location - On-Site Only Role (No Remote)
Duration: 12/29/2023
Pay:- $40-42
Schedule: 7AM to 3:30PM - Mon - Friday
No 2nd Shift, No regular OT; OT is very infrequent
Interview Method: Will read through resumes and then select for video Zoom or Teams Interview. The HM will be the only one conducting interviews; there will be no panel interviews.

Work Experience: 1 to 2 years. this is an entry level role. Required to have line production experience on the electronics side and different production experience is fine.
Preferred in Medical Device but will consider other regulated industries; will consider internship experience or Co-op but NO School Projects. For example an internship of 6 months would be fine but would NOT be at the top of the pile.
This role is less about Coding or Networking - Not as Relevant as Hardware and Electronics Aspect.
Education: Bachelors degree Required in Electrical, Mechanical or Bio-Medical fields
This is a ONE/1 year role; works on production lines within manufacturing, a member of manufacturing engineering team with 2 counter-parts.
Day-to-Day responsibilities include; supporting operations to reach production monthly goals; dealing with quality and production issues on the floor; tracking key performance metrics; making sure team is functional.
Requirements: Electronics Assembly, Manufacturing and Mechanical Assembly background; having worked w/ circuit boards; a strong background in bio-meds preferred.
Top Skills to Look for: Computer Components work experience/knowledge; Medical Device background; Document Preparation experience w/ Strong Technical Writing Skills; Good Organizational Skills; and Good Time Management/Task Management Skills.
Experience HM will be looking for:
* Examples of Experience a candidate has - must be able to verbalize
* An understanding of the types of roles they will be interfacing with in this type of environment
* Must be a Heavy contributor to the Team
* And whether they have owned a project(s) from beginning to end without other's oversight. Will need to self-direct and not depend on others.
