What You’ll Do:

Responsible for a variety of technical, administrative and support functions aligned to the delivery of company compensation programs.
Maintain, troubleshoot and conduct maintenance of the new global career framework job documentation database tool (Access SQL).
Compile data and develop tools in support of compensation metrics, reporting, forecasting costs and annual incentive budgeting
Generate, create and validate large monthly employee data file for external compensation tool (PayScale)
Perform various data integrity analysis and data validations to ensure compensation data is accurate and complete
Support alignment of global career framework job levels to HRIS (Peoplesoft)
Support the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle
Participate annually in all third-party compensation surveys relating to salary budgets, adjustments, job matching and policies and practices
Complete a full analysis to benchmark GDLS compensation policies, practices, budgets, salary adjustments, and positions to the marketplace using a variety of sources and data cuts
Ensure the equitable and consistent application of all GDLS compensation policies and practices
Ad-hoc assignments or projects, as assigned
Complete assigned day to day administration activities in support of the delivery of compensation programs (Create charts, prepare salary proposals, update forms, etc.)

What You’ll Need:

Advanced level proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) and Access Database (systems coding - SQL).
Strong proficiency of HRIS/ATS/LMS systems, database, and reporting applications such as Oracle / PeopleSoft, PeopleFluent, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Aptitude to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects and delivery under pressure
Proactive, solution focused with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills to track and prioritize workload
Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
Ability to deal with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and deliver to aggressive timelines

Education & Experience:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field of study combined with 5 + years of relevant work experience; Technical Certification combined with 5 + years of analytical experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
