What You’ll Do:

Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
Evaluate customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
Perform various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
Develop the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
Resolve cross-functional technical issues.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a variety of hands-on engineering roles.
Experience with aircrew training simulation
An ABET accredited bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
We work with a diverse set of technologies, but most of all we value engineers who are eager to learn new ways to deliver value to our customers. Some examples of the technologies we use and problem domains we work in include (but are by no means limited to):
Experience within the real-time simulation problem domain such as simulation management, synthetic environments, computer generated forces, or integration of live/virtual/constructive applications is a plus
Experience delivering products within an agile development environment
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Product Line Engineering (PLE); Cameo and Gears.
Experience developing and maintaining scripts
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability and desire to work in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree combined with 3 + years of relevant work experience.
