What You’ll Do:

Provide answers requiring an understanding of staffing processes to customers and applicants to ensure staffing process are followed.
Recognize inconsistencies in staffing processes and reports to more senior level staffing representatives for follow-up activities.
Maintain contact with potential candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidate interested in future company opportunities.
Encourage identified potential candidates to apply to job openings.
Prepare preliminary analysis of diversity and college staffing plan data against goals and objects to be used in the development of recommendations for revising staffing plans.
Review job opening requests for appropriate content and completeness, and submits to recruiting systems for job seekers and vendor visibility.
Perform applicant down select utilizing key word searches in order to provide minimally qualified candidates for management review.
Request government conflict of interest review, as required, for applicants selected for interview.
Prepare and extends routine offers to selected candidates, seeks advice from more experienced staff as required.
Assist with orientation process by following instructions from more experienced staff to provide company information to new and rehire employees.
Document the current staffing business processes, as provided, by process owner or more experience personnel for staffing and customer information.
Generate metrics reports and consolidate data for staffing and customer review following staffing instructions and processes.
Coordinate logistical plan for a company interview event.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position.
Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experience.
Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and domestic hiring managers across multiple disciplines, locations and businesses.
Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings.
Proactively search external resume databases using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment.
Represent the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively pre-screen candidates, identify qualified pool and coordinate interview scheduling.
Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with hard to find skilled candidates to retain interest.
Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline

What You’ll Need:

3 years’ experience recruiting in a corporate environment
Proven track record of collaborating with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and business leaders
Demonstrated ability working and excelling in a fast-paced, variable environment
Experience recruiting candidates with a security clearance
Using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)
Experience with Workday
Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelines.
Experience building positive relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates.
Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates.
Experience leading and/or training Talent Advisors

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree combined with 3 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
