Reliability Engineer

Description:
Seeking a Reliability Engineer to provide general Specialty Engineering.
Reporting to the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) Manager, candidate will assist in the execution of Reliability, maintainability, testability and safety activities with minimal supervision.
This position develops, coordinates and conducts technical studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments constructs.
Candidate will be required to provide status on activities as part of monthly program reviews, failure review boards, and corrective action boards.
Reports status of technical performance, schedule performance, and budget performance
Participates in technical and programmatic reviews and meetings
Interfaces with multi-disciplined / cross-functional teams to achieve success (Production Operations, Contract Management, Engineering, Quality, Business Ops and Program Management)

Mandatory skills:
Must be USC.
Must be able to sit onsite at facility.
Active secret.
Requires 5 - 10 years of experience.
Candidate should be a self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with little or no direction and interface well with other program disciplines.
Candidate should be an analytical thinker with demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovations.
Proven Reliability, Maintainability, and FRACAS experience.
Experience with performing reliability predictions.
Experience with reliability FRACAS and data mining.
Experience with RelM software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
