Project Manager II

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Manager II for a contract opportunity in Skaneateles, NY.

This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides ongoing organizational and tactical support for a project. Coordinates all aspects of project, and engages appropriate peers/functions for follow-up, corrective action and/or solutions.
Establishes working relationship and credibility with all team members on a project. ESSENTIAL Analyzes and interprets data from multiple sources to ensure timely and thorough execution of project deliverables.

Assists in preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, logs issues, maintains project plan and schedule

Arranges and facilitates meetings among full project team, sub-team(s), or others as required.

Monitors day-to-day status of project tasks, and informs project manager and others as appropriate of risks to timeline, budget or issues/concerns.

Provides general administrative and tactical support to team and team members as required.

Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Good oral and written communication skills required.

Coordinates team meetings effectively

Ability to support and solicit input from team members at all levels

Knowledge of Microsoft Project software

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree or local equivalent of same; generally, 2-4 years of experience(no minimum).
