PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a skilled Interior Craftsperson, Wood Finisher to join our team in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and refurbishing aircraft interiors with a focus on wood finishing. Fabricate and install aircraft interior components, with an emphasis on wood finishing.
Sand, prep, and finish veneer and hardwood surfaces.
Mix and apply stains, paints, polyester base coats, and urethane top coats.
Assist with additional maintenance tasks during slow periods and unplanned work.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
Participate in 5-S activities and maintain a clean workspace.
Travel internationally and assist with off-site maintenance as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience with corporate aircraft interiors.
Proficiency in woodworking, finishing techniques, and attention to detail.
Ability to break down, strip finishes, and refinish cabinets and veneers.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with engineering drawings.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic PC skills for documentation.

Pay Details: $29.76 to $35.71 per hour
