Job Title: Turbine Technician II Job Type: Full time; Contract Location: Sen Diego CA Pay Rate: $31.00 - $35.00
Job Summary:
Assemble and test Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) and subassemblies, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Assemble/disassemble turbine components using tools, equipment, and technical specs.
Perform required testing, including Automated Test Procedure (ATP) on development and production APUs.
Work with Engineering on failure analysis and install instrumentation for test engines.
Identify issues, recommend solutions, and support general manufacturing needs.
Assist with in-process inspections and ensure compliance with company policies.
Safely operate forklifts and cranes as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of related experience.
Ability to read Engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
Strong mechanical skills, proactive problem-solving, and teamwork.
Pay Details: $31.00 to $35.00 per hour
