Flight Software Test Engineer

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Flight Software Test Engineer for a contract opportunity in Huntsville, AL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Experience in embedded software test development using MBSE model development
•Python , C, or C++ development experience (Prefer Python)Agile development using Jira or similar tool
•Experience with IBM DOORS, Cameo System Modeler (SysML/UML), Git/GitLab (or similar configuration management tool)

•Active/Final Secret Clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
•Ability to perform software integration and test development activities
•Experience with full software life cycle development including SW design, architecture and integration & test

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
•Accredited Bachelor's degree in computer science, Aerospace Engineering or other related degree program from an accredited college/university

WORK HOURS:
•Full-Time
•4/10 work schedule
•1st Shift
