PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Maintenance Technician in Durham, NC. 
Work is onsite. 
Pay range: 20.00 - 24.00 per hour +/- depending on experience.

Position Summary:

• Perform complex periodic preventive maintenance inspections, procedures, and tasks.

• Process work requests and other data through the Computerized Maintenance Management System.

• Repair equipment and solve facility problems.

• Must have the ability to operate power sweeper, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift, perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on power sweeper, forklift, scissor lift, air compressors and rotating equipment's, ability to repair equipment with minimum instructions, arc welding, soldering, brazing, etc. when requested

• Ability to use various electrical and mechanical measurements devices including micrometers, depth gauges, feeler gauges, dial gauges, voltmeter, caliper etc.

• Familiar with specifications of pipe fitting, shop hand tools, drills and taps, bearings, belts, seals, lubrication, pumps and motors.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Forklift certificate.

• Valid Drivers License.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), preferably Associates degree or equivalent certifications in related field.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English).

• Minimum of two years related experience and training, preferably in industrial maintenance.
