Electrical Designer - OK - Secret Clearance

Electrical Designer
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $53.00
Duration: 6 months, possible extension
Benefits: Per Diem available, overtime possible, medical, dental, 401K
**Our client requires that candidates must have an active/current DoD Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.**

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED plus 3 or more years’ experience in electrical design, OR Associates’ degree plus 1 or more years’ experience in electrical design.
• Electrical design using Catia V5 or NX (Unigraphics) desired.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required to start.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintains releases and assists in developing electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data, by applying Company, industry and governmental standards. Using design tools, prepares documentation and incorporates basic design changes. Creates, develops and maintains elementary systems designs. Supports engineering system design and functionality validation activities. Supports the development and maintenance of moderately-complex product installation designs and part designs. Supports coordination with internal partners and external suppliers.
