Role Summary:

As an FAA  A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various products, ensuring their quality and functionality. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our operations and the overall growth of our business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engine Dis-assembly and Re-assembly: Perform engine dis-assembly and re-assembly tasks.

• Assembly and Testing: Assemble and test various products according to specifications.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and functionality of the assembled products.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

• Safety Protocols: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Documentation: Read and follow quality work instructions and print diagrams.

• Tool Handling: Safely and properly handle hand tools, gigs, and fixtures.

• Cleaning Solutions: Handle non-hazardous cleaning solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with aircraft or aircraft component overhaul and repair.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.

• Ability to interpret component repair manuals and technical work instructions.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a technical field.

• Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly.

• Knowledge of quality control processes.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
