Description:
We have an Excellent career opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Manager to join a leading Company located in Somerset, NJ.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a Key Account Manager handling multiple blue-chip Fortune 500 customers in the automotive, lawn and garden, medical, aerospace, and telecommunications industries
Act as the engineering liaison to coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the customer experience are handled flawlessly, including Quoting, Technical Support, Order Entry, and Inventory Planning
Responsible for incoming technical product calls for orders, availability, quotes, pricing, and technical inquiries
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Work as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, and shipping on a daily basis
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, keeping records of customer interactions, and running reports

Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
Minimum 10 years of experience

Desired Qualifications:
Technical competencies for dealing with automotive mechanical parts
Experience with fasteners or similar related products and industries
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work closely with Inside and Outside Sales Teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Advanced Proficiency needed in Large ERP or MES
Advanced Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
