Technical Engineering Planner

Description:
Technical Service Representatives support the product team by carrying out on-site service, creating quotations, selling products, and developing customer relationships. They participate in the execution, and reporting of the full range of products within the Mill Site Services product segment.Requirements: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and perform on-site services in accordance with contract requirements.- Function as primary contact between the Valmet service team and Valmet's customers.- Ensure the scope and quality of projects are completed to the satisfaction of Valmet's customers.- Write comprehensive field reports at conclusion of projects detailing findings and recommendations.- Develop quotations and project specifications. Follow up with customer and sales force to insure that quotations meet customers' needs.- Insure that project profitability is maximized by controlling job cost.
