Senior Pipe Support (Structural) Engineer

Description:
The ideal candidate should be familiar with common pipe support hardware, industry standards, and relevant codes such as AISC & ASME B31.3. Prior experience should include working in a 3D model environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Basic Qualifications:

Level One: BS degree in engineering with a minimum of 6 years’ experience.
Level Two: BS degree in engineering with a minimum of 9 years’ experience.
US Citizenship is required.
Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen, and background check.
Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or B31.3 piping codes.
Prior experience using a pipe support structural analysis program.
Preferred Qualifications:

GT Strud or STAAD frame analysis experience.
Prior experience modeling pipe supports in a 3D model.
PE Registration.

Rate: Open
Per Diem: $141/day
Overtime: Possible
Duration: 6 mos
