Summary:
Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements
Design and modify payload systems/components using 3D CAD tools
Validate and verify systems through analytical methods and test results
Manage supplier development, test, and production activities
Develop new design/analysis processes to improve development effectiveness
Investigate emerging technologies for future product designs
Work under general direction in a non-managerial role
Regular and predictable attendance required
Required Skills:
Rapid Problem Resolution
Catia & ENOVIA experience
Factory Support & Liaison Experience
Customer Support & NCR experience
Experience with conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design (2D & 3D deliverables)
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
ABET accreditation preferred but not required
