Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 Job Type: Full-Time, Consultant (6 Months) Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9x80 First Shift Pay Rate: $67.27 – $88.54 per hour
About the Role:
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Engineer Material Process to support , a global leader in aerospace innovation. In this role, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge materials engineering, ensuring compliance with system-level requirements and contributing to groundbreaking aerospace developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review engineering compliance with material and process system-level requirements.
Generate and manage bill of materials (BOM) based on engineering designs and NG material planning systems.
Perform advanced analysis, design, or testing of structural components and functional systems.
Utilize GD&T principles and advanced engineering software for precision designs.
Develop and execute test programs for material characterization and system evaluation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's/PhD in a STEM field.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C, or C++.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NX or other CAD software.
GD&T training and ability to present technical content.
Familiarity with Linux, material characterization, and corrosion principles.
Experience with material and process-related reviews.

Pay Details: $67.27 to $88.54 per hour
