LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM
PAY RATE: Up to $128/hour

Summary:
Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Design hardware, software, firmware, and interface specifications.
Develop test plans to validate system designs against operational and functional requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fielded hardware and software across the product lifecycle.
Research and apply emerging technologies to business and program needs.
Coordinate with suppliers for prototype development and manufacturing.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in electronic design best practices.
Requirements:
Active Top Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
3+ years developing subsystem requirements.
5+ years researching, developing, or evaluating electrical, electronic, computer, software, and/or firmware requirements.
5+ years designing, developing, and integrating complex electronic systems or subsystems.
5+ years with analog and/or digital circuit design, packaging techniques, and/or power systems.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with high-speed, low-latency electronic design.
Experience with firmware development.
