Summary:
Build, edit, and maintain the team backlog with input from stakeholders (including PM, EPM, and IPT Lead)
Refine the backlog as part of the Agile rhythm, including PI Planning
Collaborate with the team to mature and manage the Story backlog
Understand the scope of upcoming enabler work and assist architects with decision-making
Maximize customer value through prioritization and alignment of work
Evaluate team progress and guide ongoing efforts to meet objectives
Own risks and opportunities related to the product
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure completed Stories meet user needs and the Definition of Done
Requirements:
This position requires an Active Secret Clearance to start.
6+ years of experience with Agile Software Development
4 6 years of experience with JIRA
6+ years of experience applying Engineering Design Principles
4 6 years of experience in Metrics Development
6+ years of advanced oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership within Agile environments
4 6 years of experience in Program Management
2 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering
2 4 years of experience in Hardware Integration or Software Engineering
Must demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
