Responsibilities:
* Vet detailed requirements
* Prepare detailed project plans
* Manage the contract software engineers
* Hold weekly engineering status meetings
* Submit biweekly VAE activity reports
* Report monthly technical project reviews
* Perform cost account management
* Perform work flow management in VAE Jira database
* Perform configuration management in VAE SVN repository

Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Systems Engineering or related field
* 8-12 years of experience
* US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card holder) is required
* 15-25% TRAVEL - could be domestic or international
* SVN (subversion)
* ALM Jira
* ALM Confluence
* CAM (cost account management)
* Spiral/Agile Development
* ARINC/Ethernet Protocols
