Pay Rate: $33.24 per hour

CNC Setup Machine Operator

• Operate CNC Lathes & Mills: Transform raw materials into precision semi-finished goods with state-of-the-art equipment.

• Finish Work & Marking: Add the finishing touches and mark parts at various production stages.

• Multi-Machine Mastery: Set up and run multiple machines for a variety of operations, ensuring accuracy within print tolerance.

• Certification Training: Obtain inspection certification through on-the-job training and testing.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years operating CNC machines, including setup.

• Measurement Savvy: Skilled with gauges, calipers, and basic hand tools.

• Tech Skills: Basic computer skills with the ability to learn multiple applications (email, internet, job-specific software).

• Math Proficiency: Comfortable with basic math, including decimals.

• Blueprint Mastery: Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints.
