Hourly Rate of Pay Range: $48.00 per hour
Duration of assignment: 6 months ( temp contract)

Are you ready to take your HR project leadership skills to the next level with one of the world’s leading aerospace innovators? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced HR Digital PMO and Test Lead to join the HR Digital North America team. In this critical role, you’ll drive impactful digital transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
As the HR Digital PMO and Test Lead, you will:

• Establish governance frameworks and manage project roadmaps for HR digital initiatives

• Track milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals

• Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for HR systems

• Lead testing efforts including UAT, regression, and system integration testing

• Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver robust digital solutions

• Develop change management strategies to drive user adoption and engagement

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness evaluations, and training delivery

• Monitor adoption metrics and continuously enhance change strategies

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR digital transformation, PMO, software testing, and change management

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• Knowledge of HR systems like Workday or Dayforce

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to work in a global, multicultural team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing project-oriented teams

• Background in Human Resources

• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)

• Certifications: SHRM/HRCI, Data Analytics (preferred)
